Shipping & Returns
SHIPMENT
After placing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing, depending on availability and credit card verification. This may take longer during special releases or holidays. Aem Ayurveda does not ship on weekends.
You will be informed about the shipping status and shipment tracking by email. If there are stock shortages, our customer service will contact you.
Aem Ayurveda is not liable for loss or theft during transport.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
To initiate a return, email aem.ayurveda@gmail.com to request a return authorization.
Aem Ayurveda accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery date. All returned items must be unopened, undamaged and in their original packaging. The original invoice must be enclosed. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend insuring the return shipment as we are not responsible for lost packages.
If Aem Ayurveda determines that a product is not in its original condition, no refund or exchange will be given and the items will be returned to you.
